1. Nature of Services

HerCallBoy provides adult companionship, therapeutic massage, travel partner, and social companion services exclusively to consenting adults (18+). We are not an escort agency in any illegal sense. All services are strictly platonic and companionship‑based unless explicitly agreed upon between consenting adults in private. We do not facilitate or condone any illegal activity.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (21 in some jurisdictions) to use our services. By contacting us, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
• Our services are offered only to women. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.

3. Client Conduct & Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to treat our companions with utmost respect. Any form of verbal abuse, harassment, non‑consensual physical contact, or request for illegal acts will result in immediate termination of the booking and a permanent ban from our platform. You also agree to:

• Maintain the same level of privacy and discretion for the companion as we do for you.
• Not record, photograph, or publicly share any details of the booking.
• Pay the agreed service fee plus any applicable travel or location charges.

4. Booking & Payment

To secure a booking, you are required to pay a small booking amount. This amount is fully refundable if we are unable to fulfil the booking on our end. In case of cancellation by the client, the booking amount may be forfeited as a convenience fee. The remaining balance is paid directly to the companion in the manner agreed beforehand (cash, UPI, etc.). We are not a payment processor and bear no responsibility for any financial disputes between client and companion.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Client cancellation more than 12 hours before the scheduled meeting: booking amount is fully refunded or adjusted to a future booking.
• Client cancellation less than 12 hours: booking amount is non‑refundable.
• Companion cancellation: we offer a full refund of the booking amount or a free reschedule with an upgraded companion.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

Our privacy practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In summary, we never store your real name or phone number beyond the immediate booking, and all communication is encrypted. Companions are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. Any breach of privacy will result in immediate removal of the companion.

7. Limitation of Liability

HerCallBoy acts solely as a facilitator of introductions. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your interaction with a companion. We thoroughly verify companions, but we cannot guarantee personal chemistry or satisfaction. You engage with our service entirely at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, and brand names — is the exclusive property of HerCallBoy. Reproduction without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or poses a risk to the safety and privacy of our community.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will reflect the change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
